RCAI Class 3 Certificate

The IT Act provides for the controller of Certifying Authorities in order to license and regulate the working of CA. The CCA certifies the public keys of CAs by making use of its own private keys that permits the users in the cyberspace to verify that the certificate is issued by a licensed CA.
